ARE YOUR OFFICES OPEN?
Yes, our offices are open to the public with the following safety measures in place:
- We ask that you keep 6 ft. of distance between you and our employees and other customers.
- We encourage the use of masks in our offices.
- We ask that you do not enter our office if you are showing any COVID symptoms.
WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO STOP THE SPREAD?
We have implemented recommendations by the CDC, including but not limited to – having employees stay home if showing any COVID-19 symptoms, additional cleaning of shared equipment and spaces, making masks available to our staff, additional hand washing/sanitizing and practicing social distancing.
HOW CAN I PAY MY BILL OR REQUEST DELIVERIES?
Our customer service representatives are always available to help by phone as well as in person in our offices. Please call your local service center to speak with our staff. WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE LONGER TO RECEIVE OR WILL THERE BE A PROPANE SHORTAGE DUE TO THIS?
We are making all deliveries within our regular delivery schedule. We believe our country has plenty of propane and see no supply issues as a result of the coronavirus.
Will I continue to receive deliveries?
We want to make sure our customers know that we will continue to make deliveries as normal. We provide an essential service to the public and will continue to deliver. Due to the essential nature of our business, there will be no interruption of service. Propane services have been classified as essential critical infrastructure which allows us to continue to stay open and service our customers.
